But all of this is meaningless without great people, so we are looking for a Data Scientist to help us build a world-class data science and analytics practice. This role will join our new team and derive insights from our rich and diverse data sources. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help grow the presence and impact of data-driven solutions to a variety of business challenges.

How will you contribute to PatientPop?

This role will impact our organization by delivering key insights on how our product performs and also how our customers perform. With these insights, we can prospect and sell more effectively. Thus, the beneficiaries would be bus dev, product strategy, marketing, sales and CS. And also allow us to take on bigger picture projects and initiatives.

You will work with business stakeholders from marketing, sales, product, customer success and finance to solve key business challenges Conduct in-depth analyses and build and deploy models to understand and predict customer behavior and product performance. Design and execute data-driven experiments that lead product optimization. Create beautiful and informative visualizations and dashboards. And identify actionable insights that positively impact revenue. 

Who will be successful in this role?

We are looking for someone with a passion for data. The ability to plan, organize, execute priorities to meet business goals, and achieve results is key to success in this role. Our ideal person will have 3+ years in a data-intensive role and Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent training and experience) OR Master’s or Ph.D in a quantitative field and 1 year of experience in a data-intensive role (Senior DS: Master’s and 3+ years experience). The role requires sound knowledge of analytical, statistical and machine learning methods. Experience productionalizing models. A hi degree of proficiency in SQL and Python or R. And a proven ability to explain/deliver technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with high quality, insightful data analysis.
