Job Summary
Are you a seasoned content creator with the unique ability to balance creativity on key projects with efficient productivity of hundreds of team projects? Are you fascinated by the role technology is playing in the creative space and know how to harness it to augment work? Can you lead a group of talented creatives through changing priorities and tight turnaround times to deliver content that still wows? The PatientPoint Content & Creative team is actively looking to add an experienced Creative Director, Digital to our already engaged and committed 50+ remote and local team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of talented designers specializing in digital content creation for digital OOH signage programs and interactive products
  • Operationalize sales enablement materials at scale through dynamic templates tailored to specific audience, message or endpoint (sales collateral, ebooks, case studies, landing pages, data viz, infographics, emails)
  • Elevate health content in digital media formats (both passive and active digital signage) for engagement and impact
  • Be a people leader, mindful of teammates strengths and weaknesses to establish “bench” roles for utility players. Monitor job activity to reduce idle time.
  • Oversee and direct creative concepts and projects through lead teammates, but also take on assigned projects and execute from concept to deliverable
  • Monitor and review active projects for brand consistency, identifying deviances and refining guidance as applications grow.
  • Lead discovery and implementation pilots with creative team on identified AI, scaling or software tools, in partnership with Creative Ops Director and EVP
  • Concept compelling creative that will arrest attention while staying true to brand.
  • Take primary ownership and develop Content Design guidance to streamline elements across executions in multiple products.
  • Work as strategic partner to VP Experience Design to ensure Content Design and UX Design stays in lock step as we work to operationalize components and design systems.
  • Drive creation of informed creative briefs with clear objectives to measure creative deliverables against.
  • Possess ability to present concepts that marry copy and design as a comprehensive concept.
  • FIGMA experience

What We Need  

  • Associate, BA or equivalent degree in design related field
  • Previous experience as a Creative Director or similar role
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft software (PowerPoint)
  • 10 or more years experience in supporting creative for healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing sector
  • 10 or more years experience in executing product marketing sales enablement materials
  • Experience in creating creative suites of materials for in person experiences (tradeshow, conferences, speakerships)
  • Experience in building out robust template strategy for scalable executions
  • Previous experience building, growing and managing design teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working at a small AND large creative agency.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical advertising, HCP creative a plus.
  • Experience with Figma a plus.
  • Copywriting talent a plus.
  • Early user of emerging AI-enabled creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Chat GPT, other)
  • Experience using software to scale content creation (i.e., templating software to accelerate copy changes)
