What You’ll Do

  • Communicate delivery targets & changes to affected stakeholders
  • Represent the voice of our customers and users
  • Generate actionable insights from customer research, informing product enhancements
  • Bridge software, R&D and hardware teams to deliver strategic product functionality
  • Define & document UX & functional behavior critical for a welding cycle
  • Specify new features & feature enhancements
  • Develop feature roadmaps with engineering that progress feature sets beyond MVP
  • Work in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc) and guide the team through key milestones

Who You Are

  • Strong experience facilitating software development through business analyst or product ownership
  • At least one year of agile or agile scrum experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
  • Experience with at least three feature launches requiring detailed launch planning to ensure successful/non-disruptive adoption by users
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport with all levels and teams within an organization
  • Proficient in deploying diverse frameworks essential for measuring product performance, refining features based on user input, and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
  • Effective communicator: on-time, transparent, productive, constructive
  • At least one year of responsibility for detailed functional analysis & documentation
  • At least one year of experience facilitating cross-functional and -departmental dialogue to achieve common understanding of product improvements and surrounding tactics

Desired but not required:

  • Industry expertise related to robotic welding
  • Working experience with Atlasian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Working experience with Balsamiq, or other wireframing tool
  • Working experience with Figma, or other screens design tool
  • Working experience with LucidChart, or other process diagramming tool
  • Excel-based data analysis skills
  • Working experience with application data tools for product usage and effectiveness investigation (e.g. Pendo, New Relic, Kibana)
