We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager. You will report directly to our VP of Demand Generation and will join a team of dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic people to help create the future of manufacturing. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing campaign strategies to drive top of funnel leads 
  • Prioritize campaigns and projects based on forecasted impact and a budget
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events (virtual and in person) by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
  • Work in collaboration with product marketing for campaigns supporting new product launches
  • Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget
  • Identify potential new markets and create a plan to enter the market
  • Research companies and deals within the CRM to understand win/loss patterns and make recommendations on cohorts to target with campaigns
  • Measure and monitor performance of campaigns to suggest improvements that can be implemented

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (marketing or data science preferred)
  • You have 5+ years of experience with B2B marketing, with an emphasis on lead generation
  • You have an understanding of the customer journey, lead conversions, revenue-generating opportunities
  • You are energized by the creation and execution of an organized and detailed plan
  • You are well versed in a variety of marketing tools, including: Hubspot Marketing, Trello, Zoom or GoToWebinar, ZoomInfo or other database tools
  • You are performance-driven with a passion for innovation and discovering new ways to engage audiences
  • You are a self-starter who contributes to a positive team atmosphere
  • You are an analytical thinker. You like working with data, can create campaign performance reports with ease, enjoy measuring campaigns, and love to optimize
  • You have expert time management skills. You are highly organized and take ownership of your projects and tasks
  • You are passionate about what you do and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
