We are looking for an experienced Director of Service Fleet Operations to identify, analyze, and lead the execution of cross-functional projects. You will partner closely with our executive team to build out internal project management efforts, manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, and deployment of service. You will report to the Operations Team Lead and will join a team of dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic people to help create the future of manufacturing.

What You'll Do

  • Initial Deployment Support: You will ensure successful deployment of our system at all customers’ locations and will make sure the process is scalable and repeatable
  • Fleet logistics for customer service (routing, scheduling, overall management)
  • Maximize efficiency through a general understanding of our operational capacity
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of SOPs
  • Customer Service and Technical Support: You will ensure we are upholding a commitment to our customers and are taking all actions necessary for optimal performance, agreed on cycle times, and continuous improvement
  • Provide accurate and timely technical assistance to customers in the proper operation and maintenance of our cells
  • Drive system stability, minimize significant events through active analysis/review of performance with customers, and with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Provide effective training to customers to improve their utilization of the self-service diagnostic tools
  • Identify product trends and assist in identifying improvements
  • Advance current diagnostic capabilities and services to enhance customer satisfaction, including developing new and improving existing detection analytics
  • Develop, improve and execute processes using LEAN methodologies
  • Lead your team in providing front-line technical responses to customer inquiries, identifying potential problems and coordinating troubleshooting activities with numerous internal organizations, minimizing excessive maintenance burden to the customer
  • Manage communication with customer and internal organizations at all levels to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction
  • Distribute information on customer issues so that all members of the customer support team share common understanding and objectives
