We are looking for an Integration Technician Lead who will be responsible for assisting in the installation of cell deployments providing remote and onsite support. This role requires a combination of engineering know-how, problem solving, curiosity, innovation, leadership, and communication. 

What You'll Do

  • Develop, test, and final implementation of robotic automation systems
  • Configure and troubleshoot PLC's, robots, motion systems, and vision systems
  • Leading Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) mechanical & electrical installation of robot cell and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide an extraordinary customer experience while tackling field service requests
  • Provide input and feedback to team members to setup projects for success
  • Identify lessons learned and propose continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel 50%

Who You Are

  • You possess a BS in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • You have familiarity with Linux command line tools
  • You have experience configuring and diagnosing Linux hardware connectivity, especially complex USB
  • You have experience debugging and configuring TCP/IP networking
  • You have familiarity with Industrial Protocol (CIP or EtherNet/IP)
  • You have experience with electronics diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, …) and approaches
  • You have experience in one or more of the following PLC, robotic programming, systems integration, and troubleshooting.
