At Pathlight, our customers trust us to streamline the science of management so they can focus on the art. Pathlight takes large, complex data sets and elegantly performs the data analytics, metrics tracking, and aggregation necessary to distill them into actionable insights for managers and their teams. We’re looking to expand our Sales team with an enthusiastic, competitive, and passionate Sales Development Representative.
The SDR will own the process of prospecting and generating leads for our account executives. As Pathlight’s first point of contact for most customers, this person will also be responsible for cultivating an outstanding first impression with prospective customers.

What you’ll do:
Meet and exceed weekly expectations of prospective customer outreach
Run effective introduction meeting with a disciplined discovery and qualification process
Qualify (and disqualify) leads for the sales team, creating a path for those leads to become opportunities.
Develop and A/B test creative outreach strategies that enable Pathlight to stand apart from typical inbox “noise”
What you’ll bring:
Consistent over-achievement in past positions
An in-depth understanding of basic sales methodologies
A disciplined discovery and qualification process.
Experience owning a quota or some form of performance-based delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting outreach that gets attention
Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
Prior experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and an email outreach tool such as Mixmax, Outreach or Yesware
Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
Experience selling SaaS products to sales or customer service teams
