About the position

Pathlight exists because we believe there's nothing more rewarding than successful and trusting working relationships. We're putting our money where our mouth is by hiring a Recruiting Lead to join our foundational team and help us do exactly that. We have ambitious goals this year to grow our company across all functions: engineering, design, marketing, customer success, customer support, and ops. This will be the first role on the People team and will report directly to the CEO. Over time, you'll grow the recruiting function, and hopefully the larger HR/People team, too.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive full life-cycle recruiting efforts for all our roles
  • Build and scale the processes, tools, and best practices to ensure we achieve our near-term and long-term hiring goals
  • Develop the Pathlight story and brand, so that candidates (and employees) are inspired to join
  • Design a best-in-class candidate experience from start-to-finish, regardless of whether the candidate joins the team

What you'll bring:

  • Track record of scaling a high-growth startup
  • Recruited at an organization with a high talent bar for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, compensation, and closing
  • Ease and comfort in acting as a company ambassador and sharing the Pathlight story
  • Highly iterative and able to adapt processes as we scale
