We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and analytical marketing lead excited about transforming the way managers work with their teams. This person will truly be a full-stack marketer, ready to tackle projects ranging from branding to acquisition.
The person who joins our team will be energized by the opportunity to wear many hats. They will be both a strategic thinker and exceptional executor, growing our customer base through a variety of dynamic and wide-reaching channels.
What you’ll do
Drive the strategy and execution of our outbound marketing efforts
Take charge of inbound lead generation
Help define and drive brand awareness through content, webinars, conferences, thought leadership
Own the creation of marketing materials and copy on marketing website
Shape our end-to-end approach to content marketing and SEO
Project manage our team's presence at conferences and events
Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of folks on our growing team to drive go-to-market strategy
What you’ll bring
3-5 years experience in marketing, 1-2 years as an early marketer at a venture-backed high growth company; freemium/SaaS B2C2B experience is ideal
Experience with lead generation, automated email outreach, and Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to create impactful content
Demonstrated ability to push multiple projects forward simultaneously
Data-driven rigor with a focus on moving metrics
An innate ability to self-start, prioritize, and creatively problem-solve (the buck stops with you)
