Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly quantitative and strategic Head of Creator Success to lead and scale our Creator Success team. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our onboarded creators, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize their potential on our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for creator success, focusing on growth and retention of onboarded creators.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Design) to align on goals and initiatives.
    • Identify and implement best practices and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  2. Creator Growth and Retention:
    • Design and implement programs and initiatives to support the growth and success of creators on the platform.
    • Develop data-driven insights and strategies to improve creator performance and engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Quantitative Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize advanced quantitative analysis to drive decision-making and strategy development.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track the performance of the Creator Success team and onboarded creators.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key creators, understanding their needs and challenges.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to creators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
    • Gather feedback from creators to inform product development and improve the creator experience.
  5. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Creator Success team.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement and excellence.


  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer success, account management, or similar function.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Passion for the creator economy and supporting the success of creators.
  • Nice to have: proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Tableau, SQL)
