PartsTech is seeking an entry-level, automotive Catalog Acquisition Specialist to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing catalogs of automotive parts from various suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information, and maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date database. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams. What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Research, identify, and acquire catalogs of automotive parts from suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of catalog information, including part numbers, descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Organize and manage the acquired catalogs in a comprehensive and user-friendly database.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to catalog information.
  • Continuously update and maintain the database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide support to internal teams regarding catalog information, including product development, sales, and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and changes in catalog information.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ Years experience organizing, managing and/or cataloging data.
  • Automotive industry experience, is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite and database management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • You have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Are proficient in report-writing, records management and problem solving.
  • Have a drive to learn, an interest in professional development.
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented personality, with a passion for data accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology is a plus!

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 Base + Annual Bonus
