What we are looking for:
Partner Forces is seeking a Task Lead to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong background in program management, analysis, and communication of complex data sets to improves processes, track compliance, and guide outreach efforts. The Task Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth program execution, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and driving program improvements through lessons learned and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate expertise in working with large data sets, applying statistical and quantitative techniques, and translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. The role will also include organizing and disseminating qualitative data, as well as supporting outreach, training, and collaboration efforts within a cross-functional team.
What you will do as a Project Lead:
- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Address risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Act as a resource for addressing challenges and ensuring the team is equipped to meet objectives.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of outreach initiatives related to the processes, ensuring effective communication and technical support.
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Track requirements reporting results and identify gaps. Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
- Facilitate communications and training sessions for stakeholders to improve understanding and adherence to agency requirements and improving operational efficiencies.
- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of qualitative data, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in reports and other deliverables focused on key insights.
- Coordinate and provide support for agency stakeholder meetings. Track and follow up on action items resulting from these meetings, ensuring that deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Foster effective communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across all agency outreach activities.
- Support government senior leadership with the development and execution of leadership priorities and implementation of strategic goals
- Participate in client development efforts and internal corporate initiatives, helping to drive organizational success and expand capabilities.
Qualifications:
- US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens).
- Ability to obtain and maintain CISA suitability required; current preferred.
- BA/BS degree required.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- DHS and/or government experience preferred.
- Data analysis capabilities including Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a team environment.
- Strong leadership presence with a proven track record of driving consensus both internally and with external partners.
- Creative problem-solver with experience defining and communicating processes, addressing pain points, and introducing process improvements.
- Demonstrate good business acumen and experience.
- Have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and comfort with ambiguity.
