About us:

Parsley Health is a digital health company with a mission to transform the health of everyone, everywhere with the world's best possible medicine. Today, Parsley Health is the nation's largest health care company helping people suffering from chronic conditions find relief with holistic medicine. Our work is inspired by our members’ journeys and our actions are focused on impact and results.

The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our B2B efforts. Our partners consist of health payers, health systems, channel partners and strategic employers. You’ll be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap for our foundational enterprise capabilities, including configurability, eligibility management, reporting and member onboarding. You will also work on existing features that support our members, providing you an opportunity to deliver measurable value and grow your organizational impact. This role is fully remote and reports into the SVP of Product.

What we're looking for:

  • An ownership mentality with the ability to develop and execute product initiatives in line with a business strategy
  • An end-to-end thinker. You can look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to smaller operational and system details.
  • Strategic and analytical. You can turn new, vague ideas into implementable projects and identify new opportunities that move the needle.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative insights to clarify decisions wherever possible.
  • Data driven and customer-centric. You appreciate that great product decisions require a balance between analytics and a thorough understanding of the needs of users and providers
  • Excited about solving complex challenges. You know how to analyze and decompose a complex system into atomic parts, and how to communicate that complexity simply and cleanly.
  • Great at prioritizing. You zero in on the highest impact levers and hold your team accountable for doing the same.
  • An expert communicator. You know how to turn a vision into reality, and get a large and diverse group of stakeholders excited and onboard
  • Highly collaborative. You love being the bridge between tech teams and business teams. You see problems from both business and tech perspectives and adeptly drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Analytical horsepower and a natural curiosity to solve some of healthcare’s most challenging problems

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in product management with growth stage companies, with at least a few projects focused on B2B healthcare, working directly with clients. Ideally (not required) somebody who has built products for a new sales channel or vertical before.
  • Experience leading all aspects of product management: that means identifying market opportunities, user research, defining product vision and roadmap, developing business cases, driving execution activities, setting milestones and measuring results
  • Excellent product judgment: ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication: ability to clearly articulate the strategy and impact of work to leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Organized project management skills: ability to effortlessly manage multiple initiatives using clear documentation, proactive communication and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with senior sales and customer success teams during the pre-sales and onboarding process on an as needed basis.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Meaningful equity stake
  • Complimentary Parsley Health Complete Care membership
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401K + Employer Matching
  • Parsley Health Store: discount on applicable products
  • Flexible work environment
  • Generous 4+ weeks of paid time off
  • Annual professional development stipend
