You 

Your mission is to radiate warmth and friendliness to anyone walking into our office, greeting them and making them feel comfortable and at home. When you’re not acting as the face of Parsley Health to our members and visitors, you’ll be managing the day-to-day operations of the office, owning everything from relationships with service vendors to procuring office supplies and coordinating team lunches. You will also be the first face our teammates see when they enter our beautiful new office space, and in that context you will have the responsibility of setting the tone for our team.

You have a few years’ experience serving as an office manager or concierge, and may even have a hospitality or events management background. You have a track record of owning problems from discovery to resolution, and you equally enjoy rolling up your sleeves to stock supplies and putting on your thinking cap to design long-term solutions.

Role

  • Serve as a host and greeter to members, checking them in, seamlessly handing them off to our team, and noting opportunities to improve our experience

  • Oversee working space operations, ensuring clinical, non-clinical, kitchen/pantry, and conference rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for work

  • Own and troubleshoot relationships with service vendors (IT, cleaning, mechanical, security), manage expenses in concert with finance and operations, and serve as the point person for administering open/close procedures

  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events and team lunches, including vendor management as well as venue setup and cleanup

  • Serve as the hub for member calls to the Parsley Health Center, and direct members to the appropriate party for help with labs, insurance, or pharmacy

  • Complete occasional analytical tasks in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Membership Experience, and Business Operations

  • Work day hours will be approximately 8:30am to 6:30pm

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience of in-person (i.e. non-remote) hospitality, office management, concierge, customer service, or events production

  • A passion for scalable processes and operations improvement

  • Deep-seated organizational skills and an innate desire for cleanliness and order; everything has a neat place in your ideal world, and you enjoy ensuring everyone around you has what they need to succeed

  • An energetic, outgoing, friendly, genuine, and professional attitude

  • A sincere sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability
