Head of Global Content and Communications (f/m/d)*
YOUR MISSION:
As Head of Global Content and Communications (f/m/d)* you will design and execute a strategy that positions Parloa as a global AI thought leader, driving business impact through high-quality content, PR, and social media. You will build and lead a high-performing, agile team, ensuring excellence, credibility, and strong brand awareness. This role requires hands-on execution, particularly in PR, alongside strategic leadership and innovation.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a global content strategy focused on business value, AI thought leadership and amplifying core messaging.
- Content Production: Build and manage a scalable content engine leveraging internal and external resources to deliver high-quality, timely content.
- Thought Leadership: Lead the creation of white papers, industry reports, and strategic content aligned with business goals.
- AI-Driven Approach: Promote AI-powered tools to enhance content creation efficiency and innovation.
- SEO & Social Media: Drive SEO strategy and oversee social media initiatives to improve content visibility and engagement.
- Global PR Leadership: Manage PR campaigns, agency relationships, and media partnerships to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Performance Insights: Track and analyze metrics to optimize content, SEO, and PR strategies while staying ahead of industry trends.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Extensive Content & Comms SaaS Experience: At least 7 years in content strategy and global PR roles within the SaaS industry.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of building, coaching, and managing high-performing, agile teams.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to design and drive an industry-leading content and comms strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Hands-On PR Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing global PR efforts, including agency management and editorial tasks.
- SEO Success Track Record: Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives measurable results.
- Enthusiasm for AI: Passion for AI, with experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders from cross-functional teams, media, journalists, C-level executives, and strategic partners.

Salary Range
$154,000 - $210,000 USD
