Parker & Ace is seeking a talented Practice Manager to support our rock star clinic team of veterinarians, technicians, and coordinators. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business, in close partnership with the corporate team.

- You have experience working in the veterinary field.

What You’ll Do:
- Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and resilience.
- Manage our talented team of technicians, assistants, and coordinators. This includes but not limited to biweekly payroll, weekly 1:1’s, quarterly reviews, team meetings, etc.
- Manage the clinic’s P&L and revenue, identifying opportunities to increase top line, lower operating costs, and improve team efficiencies.
- Build and adjust the clinic schedule, unlocking efficiencies where possible.
- Oversee inventory process, including weekly ordering and monthly reconciliation. You’ll work closely with our vendor partners on ensuring we get the best pricing and are taking advantage of promotions.
- Facilities management. From our janitorial partner to our local handyman, you know who to call and how to solve any issues that may arise regarding our physical space.
- Plan monthly events with the team to foster relationship building and teamwork.
- Partner closely with the Lead Veterinarian on ways to improve processes and workflows in the clinic.
- Serve as the liaison between the corporate and clinic teams. This could include implementing a new initiative with the clinic team, or raising concerns up to the corporate team.
- Oversee customer experience at the clinic, keeping close tabs on reviews and NPS scores, as well as handling client escalations.
- Partner closely with Marketing by helping put on local events, post on social media, etc.
- Partner closely with HR on building out a robust CE program for our staff.
- Reports to the Head of Operations.
