As business travels are back at full-speed and the company rapidly grows, we are seeking a highly organised professional who could support our Travel & Event team with travel coordination. As a Travel Coordinator you will focus on internal travels organisation and execution, but also supporting broader the Operations Team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as administrator for our internal travel tools and systems such as Cytric and Airplus
  • Research, compare and recommend available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
  • Make all arrangements and reservations requested to support the organisation of business meetings, team retreats and company travel for global teams of 300+ people.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to teams.
  • Collaborate with executive and team assistants to create travel booking processes aligned with a decentralised company structure.
  • Obtain approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
  • Advise travellers of and assist with any need for specialised travel documents such as visas or passports.
  • Monitor and facilitate the use of company air travel credit cards.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team, executive and team assistants on processes to improve travel expenses reimbursement.
  • Keep records of contracts with airlines, hotel chains and platform providers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Travel & Event Lead.


  • 2+ years of experience in business travel coordination.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade booking engines such as Concur, Neo, Cytric
  • Outstanding organisation skills and capacity to work with a multitude of stakeholders.
  • Rigorous attitude and capacity to handle processes in a decentralised work environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of professionalism with operational tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with English (preferably native speaker)
  • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Service-oriented mindset and open attitude to questions and requests.
  • Basic knowledge of travel visas procedures and international travel regulations.


  • Interest in blockchain technologies and the general principles of Web3.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvements.
