You will also be able to work independently and collaboratively with comfort reviewing data to report on campaign or experiment performance. • Monitor campaigns, experiment results, surface learnings, and partner with Product Managers to optimize follow-up programs
  • Be the team expert on MarTech tooling solutions (Segment, Braze, Looker, Google Analytics, Heap, etc), surfacing best practices and new opportunities
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Sales, Data Science, Engineering and Finance teams to create data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g., sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Analyze findings, report KPIs, and present recommendations to inform product decisions and direction
  • Help with ideation of full-funnel campaigns across Partner integrations, Bill Payment workflow, engagement and retention to drive forward product OKR’s
  • Manage QA process and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns to end-users and partners

We’d like to hear from candidates with:

  • 5+ years of growth, product, or lifecycle marketing, go-to-market, analytics, consulting, account management, or another related field with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree.
  • Excellent project management skills, sharp attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Experience working and communicating with product management, engineering, data science, design, marketing channel specialists, or creative to grow products.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (Segment, Braze, Looker, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Proficiency with excel (can perform complex functions) or Google Sheets

We’d be especially excited if you have prior experience conducting research in the Fintech space.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
