We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and help uplevel our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize Salesforce, and provide ongoing support and training to users.

The Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements into efficient and effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
  • Work collaboratively with functional business units and help translate business. requirements into logical technical designs; document technical solutions to support business work processes.
  • Use advanced declarative and programmatic tools to design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain technical solution documentation.
  • Assist the Pricing team with updating pricebooks in CPQ.
  • Assist the Analytics team with integrating reporting between Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Serve as the administrator for the Salesforce environment and all it’s associated applications and tools.

 

The Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with Salesforce implementations in a complex B2B environment
  • 4+ years of hands on Database, Data Modeling & Analytics experience
  • Required Salesforce certifications: ADM 201, Platform Developer I & II, and App Builder
  • Strong experience in UI/IX design of Salesforce platform
  • Strong understanding of flows and ability to assess the impact of new requirements on a Salesforce instance.
  • Experience with Python, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, Javascript, and SQL
  • Release management experience or exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization; manage laterally and upward.
  • Experience working in a SCRUM or Agile methodology.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Cash compensation range: $120,000 - $145,000 CAD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
