The Role

Pantheon is expanding into the UK and is searching for a passionate, team oriented, and highly motivated Sr. Field Marketing Manager. They will work cross functionally with sales, partner marketing, customer lifecycle and demand generation to build strategy for programs that accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion rates. This is our first global office outside the USA, so prepare for an adventure; you will be challenged to wear a lot of hats as you help us build something special and “our own” in the UK.

 

Cool Stuff You'll Do 

The primary responsibilities are:

  • Develop strategy for and expand on the field marketing program, with the opportunity to build a team underneath you.
  • Strategize and execute on end-to-end campaigns that map to the market segments
  • Align closely with account executives, partner managers, and account managers to support the needs of their territories including identifying customers to engage, gaps in pipeline, and new industry opportunities. 
  • Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of a regional sales team.
  • Work closely with the SDR team to ensure appropriate follow-up of marketing leads
  • Track and report on performance of their campaigns, adjusting to ensure maximum ROI 
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are appropriately supporting all market segments
  • Strategize with customer lifecycle marketing to ensure all top of funnel leads are receive the maximum awareness and helping guide them through to consideration.

What You Bring To The Table

      • 5+ years of experience in Field or Segment Marketing
      • Expertise in content and product marketing
      • Project management 
      • Trust and honesty, ability to be trusted and to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
      • Results driven with strong analytical skills
      • Full funnel experience 
      • Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong of ownership in areas of responsibility
      • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
