The Role

The Enablement Onboarding Manager will be responsible for implementing, evolving and evaluating a foundational and role specific onboarding program for new talent joining the Customer Organization at Pantheon. This individual will partner with Sales and Customer Success Leaders and SMEs to build a program that ensures our newest team members are set up for success, with a constant focus on decreasing our time to ramp. At our pace of growth, we see our ability to consistently ramp high performing talent as a key strategic initiative for the years ahead. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can balance the ability to create and execute thoughtful strategic programs with getting in the trenches with new hires and helping them be set up to do the best work of their careers.

Cool Things You’ll Do

  • Own the end to end new hire onboarding program for revenue and customer facing roles
  • Design, produce, and externally source training content for each learning track to achieve new hire mastery of each role’s specific competencies
  • Facilitate a monthly boot camp program, virtually and/or in person (when safe to do so)
  • Define a post-bootcamp reinforcement strategy to ensure application and retention of core onboarding concepts
  • Report quarterly trends to the leadership team on pace of ramp, average pipeline, time to first deal, etc.
  • Iterate on the new hire programming regularly based on the evolving needs of the business

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong sense of passion and ownership for the work you do and experiences you create
  • Polished and enthusiastic facilitator, both live and virtual 
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Organizational, coordination, planning, and project management skills
  • Experience with direct mentorship, training, or leadership is strongly desired
