The Systems Engineer is responsible for administering and monitoring applications integral to our business partners, products, and the Information Technology Organization. We are seeking a passionate system administration engineer who has the ability to work across multiple verticals including our Windows, Azure and Google platforms. Individuals will have the opportunity to improve everyday business process, automate manual tasks by proposing innovative solutions to modernize our approach in areas covering account creation (both Windows O365 and Google). Individual will be instrumental in implementing and supporting account creation, Intune, MFA, Cloud Application Security and Defender Endpoint.

As a Systems Engineer, you will support the following areas:

  •  Account creation, termination, management of user access, and support for Google, Windows and Azure enterprise education environments
  • Implementation and support of a mixture of Microsoft, Google, and other third-party solutions including but not limited to Intune, Autopilot, MFA, DLP, Defender, ATP, Chromebook console
  • Support large environments with a focus on automation and software patching while assessing the stability, security and scalability of our Windows and Google platforms
  • Work closely with the business and leadership to ensure products are identified that meet the necessary business requirements
  • Meet tight deadlines and commitments, establish and measure SLAs to meet business needs
  • Create and maintain required documentation
  • Build strategic relationships with internal counterparts, external vendors and hold them accountable for delivery
  • Implement and support required logging, alerting, monitoring tools to ensure there is insight to platform uptime and performance
  • Establish standardized tools and operational procedures
  • Work across various third-party solution providers, understand business needs and measure success
  • Ability to multitask on several initiatives simultaneously to meet business needs
  • Ensure concise and clear written and verbal communication
  • Adhere to establish standards
  • Deliver outstanding human centric customer service through all support and operational efforts

About You:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Extensive experience with Identity Access Management best practices, implementation, reporting and auditing.
  • Patient and active listener
  • Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI)
  • Ability to think independently and contribute to the overall effort without much direction
  • Confident, high-energy, self-motivated and a true team player
  • Successful individuals will be innovative, persuasive, creative and have a genuine curiosity in their business partner’s business, goal and results oriented, optimistic, smart, value-added mindset, proactive and easily adapts to change
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

  • Ability to establish milestones and ensure execution is on track
  • Ability to analyze and optimize existing processes
  • Strong scripting abilities within both Google and Microsoft cloud environments in the areas of account management and permissions is preferred
  • SharePoint Permissions and Administration experience
  • Cleveland or Columbus preferred
