About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Workday Administrator to oversee our comprehensive Workday platform, encompassing HR, Finance, and Planning modules, as well as Prism and Accounting Center functionalities. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation across all modules and associated tools. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, enhancing user experience, and maximizing the value derived from our Workday investment.

Day to Day:

  • Comprehensive Workday Management: Manage the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday modules, including HR, Finance, and Planning, to meet the diverse needs of our organization. Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements across all modules.
  • Prism and Accounting Center Administration: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Prism analytics and Accounting Center functionalities within the Workday platform. Leverage these tools to generate actionable insights, streamline financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support and guidance to users across HR, Finance, and Planning modules, as well as Prism and Accounting Center tools. Develop and deliver training programs to empower users with the knowledge and skills required to leverage Workday effectively.
  • System Enhancement and Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancement and optimization across all Workday modules and associated tools. Recommend and implement solutions to streamline processes, increase automation, and improve overall system efficiency.
  • Integration Management: Manage the integration of Workday modules with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot errors, and implement enhancements to enhance system interoperability.
  • Compliance and Security: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to Workday functionality, data privacy, and security. Implement and enforce security policies and access controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • System Upgrades and Releases: Coordinate and manage Workday system upgrades, patches, and releases, including updates to Prism and Accounting Center functionalities. Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures across all Workday modules and associated tools. Generate and analyze reports to assess system performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years proven experience as a Workday Administrator or similar role, with expertise in HR, Finance, and Planning modules, as well as Prism and Accounting Center functionalities.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Workday configuration, report writing, and data analysis across multiple modules and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Workday certification(s) preferred.

Pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 on-target earnings per year but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
