We're looking for an experienced Channel Partner Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel-based revenue. You're highly competitive, motivated, and results-driven, and you enjoy working in a team environment. If you join us, you'll be responsible for enabling our Channel Partners to sell the market-leading programmatic recruitment advertising platform to large global enterprise accounts. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly, monthly quarterly reviews with the Director of Partner Development.
- Provide Sales Process support to Channel Partners.
- Participate in Pipeline calls with assigned Channel Partners.
- Develop and execute training plans for Channel Partners.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams to create and initiate engagement campaigns with our Channel Partners to spread awareness of our partnership and build relationships with key Channel Partner stakeholders.
- Demonstrate and clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our offering to both our Channel Partners and their customers.
- Accurately log all Channel Partner activity in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Use natural curiosity, communication skills, and drive to grow revenue from each Channel Partner.
- Network with Channel Partner sales reps to expand our mindshare and presence.
- Build and maintain a robust accurate sales pipeline of opportunities from our Channel Partners.
- Connect with real humans and help to drive change for some of today’s most influential and successful companies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience and successful track record of hitting quota in Channel Sales or Enterprise Sales with a primary focus on Enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
- Hunter mentality to find opportunities and competitive nature to win deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience selling software related to Recruiting, Human Resources Management, Big Data, NLP, Machine Learning, AI, and Algorithmic based software solutions,
- An in-depth understanding of technology solutions, software, and analytics (data-driven), as well as the ability to apply recruitment domain expertise on behalf of our Channel Partners
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to get things done accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
- Ability to conduct engaging online product demonstrations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, driven and has a ‘go-getter’ attitude
- Ability to travel, when that time comes
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
