We’re looking for a Solution Specialist to lead the technical aspects of the sales process and onboarding process, working directly with prospects to understand their key business objectives, key use cases, challenges, and their architecture/ecosystem. As a product expert, you will combine your technical breadth and creative mind to present compelling solution overviews that convey the value of PandoLogic in a manner that is relevant to the prospective client and is easy to understand.
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical qualification and solutions consulting for prospects by developing a thorough understanding of their business and technical requirements.
- Act as technical product expert by continuously learning the platform capabilities in-depth and using that knowledge to provide real-time expert guidance on its applicability to customer ecosystems and use cases.
- Presenting complex information to prospects in an easily digestible way.
- Partnering with our sales team members through the entire sales cycle, including discovery, platform demonstrations, use case sessions, and solution scoping.
- Using technical documentation and associated processes to migrate new business opportunities from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Engaging key resources at the right times within a sales opportunity and providing the relevant information to set them up for success.
- Completing qualification documentation and working with the onboarding teams to ensure requirements are met during setup process.
- Work closely with clients during onboarding process to ensure all necessary onboarding items are gathered and proper expectations are set.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a client facing presales role
- Deep understanding of recruitment marketing and/or human capital technology required
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Experience with data integration tools, APIs, Machine Learning, and ATS/CRM technology
