Now, we are taking the next big step and working on a new revolutionary AI product that helps each person improve their health in a fun and engaging way.

We are seeking  a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager at Simple, you will be part of a fast-paced and test-driven marketing culture. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and running our global go-to-market strategy, building a unique positioning, and at the same time building a strong relationship with users to understand their needs and pain points. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Establish Identity: Build a unique positioning and compelling messaging that differentiates Simple and it’s features in the market
  • Strategy & planning: Create and execute a go-to-market plan, including launching new products and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with product management, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Market research: Conduct detailed market analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and the competitive landscape
  • Communications: Translate your understanding of customer pain points into unique value propositions and messaging that resonate with customers; educate customers on how to use / get value out of our features 
  • Relationship building: Build strong relationships with users to understand their needs and challenges
  • Problem solving: Work closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to share user feedback and suggest solutions
  • Performance monitoring: Track and analyze user engagement and come up with strategies for increasing user retention

 

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, within a high-growth tech environment or B2C SaaS
  • Academic / technical background: Preferably a technical background: you’re an engineer turned marketer or you have a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field

 

Skills/qualities:

  • Communication skills: Exceptional communication and articulation skills, both written and verbal; you must be able to speak in the language of the customer so that they not only understand things but are also delighted by what you write 
  • Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing and growth drivers 
  • Analytical skills: Robust analytical skills paired with a business-oriented mindset, guiding ROI-based prioritisation
  • Champion: Demonstrated ability to envision and champion a go-to-market journey, communicating effectively with leadership, users, and partners
  • Creativity and attention to details
