As the Head of Organic Growth at Zing, you will play a pivotal role in building the Zing community, driving user engagement, and expanding our reach. These include social content, social groups, events, and podcasts, and you will collaborate closely with the broader team to deliver amazing cross-functional content.

Our aim is to reach millions of subscribers in the next 3 years and be the go-to AI Coach for any person. Now is a magical time to join, we're still small, and everyone makes a foundational difference.

• Overseeing the Organic Social Content, Events, and Social Media Presence areas of Zing

• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence through your line management of the social content team to produce the most engaging, viral, and educational content - across TikTok, Meta, and other

• Manage our Events work-stream covering events, clubs, and Zing-hosted events

• Working with the wider team to make sure all creative and ad copy is in line with the Zing tone of voice and brand identity

• Bringing fresh ideas to our brand strategy and being willing to experiment with and build upon them - be willing to think outside the box!

• Be the expert on our customers and competition; compile, analyse and manage competitive, market and industry knowledge. Use your knowledge to influence our brand strategy and drive effective messaging

• Cultivating relationships with media and social channels to grow brand awareness

• Manage the team

• Significant, demonstrably strong marketing experience (usually 5+ years)

• Proven track record of success leading a team in a senior brand or content role

• You will have awesome communication and storytelling skills, crafting compelling communications that resonate with a diverse audience

• Experience in ideating, developing and executing integrated brand and communication strategies to drive a wider audience reach

• You have demonstrable experience in building innovative campaigns to drive brand awareness

• Strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, fitness and well-being brands, market dynamics, and core consumer audience

• A passion for building better fitness for people

• Being able to work independently with minimal guidance

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities

• Great communication skills and fluency in English
