Head of Product

Lovi is a Beauty and Health AI assistant that makes great skincare available to everyone. Our mission is to help people understand their skin better, improve the way it looks and the way it feels. We use the power of science and breakthrough AI solutions to help users discover cosmetic products, track skin changes, and boost the effectiveness of their skincare routine.

We’ve developed the iOS version of our app and reached PMF (positive unit economics). Here are some key features:

• Cosmetic scanner: scan and score any cosmetic product in seconds, get information on ingredients, key functions, prices, reviews, alternatives and more
• Face scanner: scan your face to detect signs of redness, wrinkles, acne and visible pores and track skin changes over time
• Personalized routines: boost your skincare with guided video tutorials and maximize the effectiveness of your products with massaging techniques

As a Head of Product, you will work strategically, form a powerful team and ensure the company's economic success by constantly developing innovations, entering new markets, and increasing sales and profitability sustainably.

What you will do

• Keep focus on the long-term value creation and cohesive user experience to fulfil the mission of the company.

• Monetization Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to monetize the product, including in-app purchases, upselling, managing refunds, retargeting, and enhancing financial performance

• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors and alternative monetization methods, identifying opportunities for growth

• Experimentation: Regularly propose and test new product experiments, analyzing opportunities, validating MVPs, and implementing successful strategies

We expect that you

• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing consumer product strategies that grow business in target markets (US, EU, UK)

• Experienced at leading product teams and finding and hiring exceptional talent

• Achieved success delivering consumer-facing products that drive real user value and business financial goals

• Leveraged both user experience and AB testing to find product/market fit

• Have strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap

• Ready to do detailed work while also contributing to executive decisions and working with investors

• Have a "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration

• Excellent English skills (C1)
