What Will Your Work Look Like?
As an Enterprise Architect, specializing in data architecture with solid experience in the insurance and banking sectors, you will play a strategic role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions. You will be instrumental in aligning business needs with corporate and regulatory objectives, driving digital transformation. You will work collaboratively with business and IT teams, acting as a key facilitator to translate business requirements into scalable data architectures and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the CIO to define and develop the IT strategy for the medium and long term.
- Assist the COO in monitoring and overseeing tactical and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and value generation.
- Architecture and Strategy Alignment:
- Ensure that enterprise architecture domains are fully aligned with corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with regional architecture teams to validate and reuse standard Building Blocks in new solutions.
- Participate in service design workshops to identify challenges and propose efficient and timely solutions.
- Project and Technology Management:
- Oversee and provide visibility into infrastructure migration projects from On-Premise to Private Cloud.
- Contribute to the planning and estimation of strategic projects.
- Present progress, achievements, and results in executive committees.
- Observability and DevSecOps Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive Observability and Monitoring strategy.
- Ensure the alignment of DevSecOps initiatives with the overall IT strategy.
- Data and Analytics:
- Lead the data team in designing, architecting, and implementing data solutions.
- Promote projects related to business intelligence, big data, and advanced analytics (desirable).
What Do You Need to Succeed?
- Key Experience:
- Development and application of IT strategies based on frameworks like TOGAF.
- Portfolio and project program management using frameworks such as PMP.
- Design and estimation of technological solution architectures.
- Strong Technical Foundations:
- Experience in data architectures such as Data Mesh, Data Hub, Data Lake, and Data Fabric.
- Knowledge of API and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with container orchestrators, such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps practices and optionally DataOps.
- Cloud computing expertise (AWS, GCP, among others).
- Advanced knowledge of Building Blocks for data solutions: orchestrators, events, processing, storage, integration, databases, visualization, and analysis.
- Tools and Methodologies:
- Proficiency in modeling languages such as UML, BPMN, and Archimate.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of data governance, including frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot.
- Additional Desirable Skills:
- Basic knowledge of methodologies like Design Thinking or Design Sprint.
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, ITIL, and Jira.
- Languages:
- Advanced English, with the ability to effectively interact with international stakeholders.
