What does your job look like?
As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure and DevOps processes using Azure services. Your responsibilities will focus on enhancing the performance, security, and scalability of our cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support various development teams.
- Cloud Operations Automation: Automate and optimize cloud operations and processes to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with development teams to architect solutions that meet both technical and business requirements using Azure.
- Monitoring and Alerting: Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
- Infrastructure as Code: Deploy and manage infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or similar tools.
- System Troubleshooting: Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by adopting industry best practices for DevOps processes and procedures.
- Security Management: Manage Azure environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: More than 4 years in Azure services and DevOps practices.
- Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of Azure cloud services, CI/CD tools, and practices.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with ARM, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Skilled in Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
- Monitoring: Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of security and compliance tools in Azure.
- Networking & Storage: Capabilities in network model with understanding of L4/L7 and applications.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in English at a B1-B2 level or above.
