What does your job look like?
The role of the Tech Lead Backend will be management in software development, application architecture, design thinking and problem solving to help create rapid prototypes and enable the rapid acceleration of ideas. You will also work closely with project teams and business stakeholders and provide technical expertise that enables innovation.
Main Responsibilities
- Ability to quickly understand and learn a wide variety of software environments and solutions.
- Able to lead and guide the team in technical issues and business logic
- Experience in different projects that demonstrate capacity and experience in programming; preferably at least 5 years of hands-on experience with various Java/web technologies and frameworks: Spring (Core, Security, MVC), JPA, REST, JMS, Maven
- At least 3 years in building and delivering web/mobile business solutions lead engineer roles (eg, in banking, travel, finance, healthcare, information industries); It is useful.
- Good working knowledge of medialization in RDBM, or NoSQL offerings.
- Experience in the following technologies is a plus: SVN, GIT, Elastic Search or SOLR, Activiti.
- Very good knowledge of design patterns and development principles.
- Working knowledge and experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) for business modeling (workflows) and object modeling.
- Previous/proven experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment, DevOps and a successful track record of developing software in an agile environment, with changing requirements.
- Good general banking knowledge or banking knowledge related to wealth management/private banking.
- ESB/API Mgmt experience.
What you need to succeed on this rol
- Java 11+ language,
- plus JavaScript + TypeScript
- Frameworks Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate
- Dependency management with Maven
- Microservices design patterns SAGA, CQRS, Service Mesh
- Knowledge of FaaS paradigm (AWS Lambda Functions)
- Design of restful APIs (Swagger), it is a plus if you know grpc/graphql
- Experience in implementing restful based microservices, grpc.
- Advanced/conversational English Level. B1 and above.

- Use of some CI Engine (github actions, gitlab-ci, jenkins)
