YOUR ROLE:
Be part of our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Coordinator and take charge of revolutionizing our sales operations! In this exhilarating role, you will spearhead the management and enhancement of our sales processes, tools, and data to propel us toward unparalleled success in achieving our revenue and growth objectives. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business team to develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and forecasts
  • Maintain and improve our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and completeness
  • Create and update sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Support the sales team with proposal development and contract management
  • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process, and propose solutions for improvement
  • Research and evaluate new sales tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance our sales performance and efficiency

 

YOUR PROFILE:

Must-Have:

  • Motivated by driving Sales Operations in the tech industry, ideally in a tech consultancy with experience across Singapore, Australia and SEA
  • Solutions oriented and strategic with an desire to use technology for automation
  • Proficient in pulling and interpreting data, and distilling insights using analytics tools to evaluate Sales performance, ideally familiar with HubSpot, LinkedIn and Sales Prospection tools
  • Highly collaborative and works well in a diverse environment, ideally having experience working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, you are known for being able to convince and build trust and responses naturally
  • Robust skills in engaging others and articulating ideas clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to assist in crafting compelling content and collaborating across teams

Should-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of working in Sales Operations
  • A solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and business principles is essential.
  • Familiarity with key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue forecasts, is important.
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting skills are essential
  • Highly motivated win mentality
  • Highly capable of managing time and tasks independently
  • Skilled at autonomous decision-making within a given framework and offering guidance to team members from various functions.
