You will be the lead consultant for tech-based pre-sales and solutions delivery for our clients. You will use your tech expertise and research skills to generate insights, create proposals, and deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. 

As a Technical Solutions Principal, you will: 

  • Embody tech-based presales by representing PALO IT and generating, qualifying, and converting leads into projects. 
  • Research tech topics and develop compelling insights for clients. 
  • Turn insights into actionable plans and deliver solutions that meet client needs. 
  • Participate in bidding process and proposals to convince customers. 
  • Encourage and support community engagement to ensure market exposure and perception of PALO expertise.  

A month in the life of a Technical Solutions Principal: 

  • Generate Tech Insights from Expertise and Research: You will use your tech knowledge and research skills to create valuable insights and problem-solving strategies for clients. You will also create engaging tech content for leads, use impactful tech storytelling from past experiences, and demonstrate thought leadership through speaking and media activities. 
  • Strategic Planning: You will collaborate on tech-based sales strategies with regional leadership and sales teams. You will provide insights on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, contribute to aligning technical strategy with PALO IT’s business goals, enhance development processes, quality assurance, and engineering output, and promote technology vision company wide. 
  • Proposal Creation: You will create tailored solutions through advanced tech analysis for client challenges. You will generate client materials such as frameworks, pitch decks, case studies, reports, and presentations. You will outline proposed technical solutions and methodologies and develop standardized content for PALO IT’s technical viewpoints and approaches. 
  • Consulting activities and delivery: You will support agile engineering teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders, shaping product vision and architecture. You will facilitate workshops and provide expert tech consultation. You will assist tech teams in grasping customer needs and support delivery with tech expertise. 
  • Federate technical communities of practice: Ensure collaborative knowledge development between Palowans locally, regionally, and with surrounding community members.  


  • Experience: 8+ years’ software engineering experience in agile tech companies. 
  • Technology: Passion for emerging technologies and deep knowledge of software best practices. Proficiency in web, mobile, and backend development. Expertise in designing service-based architectures, integration, CI/CD, and Cloud-native development. 
  • Methodology: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and other methodologies and ways of working. 
  • Analysis: Strong analytical thinker, adept at translating complex ideas into client-friendly solutions. 
  • Communication: Excellent research and presentation skills. Strong business acumen in navigating tech and business complexities. 
  • Language: Fluent in English and Thai. 
  • Leadership: Proactive leader in driving marketing, sales, and lead conversion efforts. Be an exceptional consultant, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders. 
  • Results: Demonstrable past relevant experience related to the role 
  • Sustainability: Knowledge and understanding of Sustainable systemic problems including IT.  
  • Events: Experienced in organizing lead-generation events and client workshops.

Your role as PALO IT Ambassador

You will be invited to take part in R&D works done within our Practices. You will have the chance to assist or be a speaker at must-attend international IT conferences. You will have the opportunity to write articles for our Blog or specialized press. Genuine ambassador of PALO IT, you will present our offers and take an active role in the development of the company. In addition, you will contribute to the social, environmental and purpose driven objectives and initiatives of PALO IT in order to positively impact our environment, customers, communities and ourselves as an organization and individual.
