Responsibilities

  • Deliver legendary service in daily customer contact
  • Prospect new and existing customer network for business opportunities
  • Manage daily shipments and communicate with your customers daily
  • Be honest and proactive in your communication to customers
  • Work with a dynamic team to solve logistical puzzles
  • Negotiate shipping rates with customers
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM and TMS software to manage customer interactions

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Sales experience or account management experience preferred but not required
