We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for upstream and downstream marketing activities. This role requires cross-functional leadership, as you will have to interface with and lead projects across a variety of teams, bridging our technical team with our customers and partners. As a Marketing specialist, you will:
Maintain market intelligence around the digital pathology landscape, players and opportunities
Conduct decision maker research via site visits, interviews, surveys, and secondary research
Own and execute our thought leadership, KOL, and conference strategies
Optimize marketing channels to establish a strong brand presence in the space
Create, test and refine strong messaging for our company and our products
Execute on promotional and messaging content that evangelizes the Paige Brand, including collateral, press releases and other marketing campaigns
Develop our online and social media presence, including SEO and developing areas for thought leadership
4-6 years’ experience in a healthcare marketing role (market research, brand marketing, etc)
2+ years’ experience interfacing with clinicians
Ability to learn and understand healthcare, biology and technical concepts quickly
Strong writer and content creator with top-notch editing and proofreading skills
Creative thinker with an eye for design
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep-dive into marketing data and identify key insights
Accountable, proactive, and thoughtful with demonstrated strategic problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel approximately 30%
Prior experience working in the pathology or laboratory space
Understanding of computer vision, machine learning and software as a medical device
