We are in search of a Recruiting Coordinator to support the growth of our new Lisbon, Portugal location. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to learn about full-cycle, high-volume recruiting. A qualified candidate will have strong organizational and prioritization skills to create and maintain interview schedules in addition to process management to manage the end to end coordination experience. This role will be a part of the Global Recruiting Operations team, and will partner directly with Recruiting Directors, Recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure a flawless interview and candidate experience to accelerate recruiting at PagerDuty during this next phase of growth. You will be part of an experienced, collaborative, and fun Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about PagerDuty’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to schedule Hiring Manager screens, and virtual onsites for multiple recruiters, functions, and geographies
  • Ensure data integrity of our applicant tracking system
  • Foster open communication with the hiring managers, recruiters and candidates regarding interview availability
  • Ensure each member of the interview team has appropriate documentation, including the resume, contact information, and interview feedback forms 
  • Rescheduling as needed
  • Attend pipeline review meetings with Hiring Managers as appropriate 
  • Conduct background checks for new hires 
  • Create offer letter packets for candidates
  • Responsible for being a subject matter expert of one or more of the following areas: ATS administration, referral process, agencies, contingent worker vendors, background checks
  • Maintain tracking of new hires globally
  • Identify and suggest process enhancements to drive efficiency or candidate/interviewer/hiring manager experience with direction from management TA coordination process documentation 

Requirements

  • MUST LOVE SCHEDULING!
  • At least 1 year of coordination experience 
  • Ability to handle high volume and variety of requests simultaneously
  • Enjoys going above and beyond to create a stellar candidate experience 
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast paced, ambiguous and autonomous work environment
  • Loves solving process problems and challenges 
  • Basic project management skills 
  • Possesses high competencies in attention to detail, sense of urgency, written communication, prioritization, process management, and critical thinking 
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and previous recruitment coordination a plus
