Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day partnership with leadership on a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation
  • Manage and facilitate organization design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support growth
  • Acts as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies
  • Leads and/or supports HR deliverables, including performance management, merit, and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, etc.
  • Partners with Payroll, HR Operations, Compensation, and Benefits functions as needed to provide comprehensive services to employees and/or internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identifying training needs for teams and individuals

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner in a high-growth, remote environment
  • Previous experience with integration of newly acquired companies into an organization
  • Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
  • Analytical and goal-oriented with demonstrable experiences with HR metrics
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong experience supporting multi-state workforces
