We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at Pactum in Romania!
We are looking for someone who will:
- Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to build the best possible negotiation product in the world.
- Together with Project Manager and Solution Architects, you will form the Project Team, which in conjunction is responsible for the launch of high-quality client projects.
- Join our Implementation team in client meetings and assist in taking the standard product projects from ideation to launch while learning what really matters to the client.
- Be specifically responsible for the implementation of the elements that ensure efficient operational support during live stages.
- Make decisions on how to most efficiently deliver high-quality support during pilots.
- Help prepare for and participate in client meetings
- Ensure smooth handover to Operations for full roll-outs.
- Ensure to be constantly updated on best practices and procedures from Operations to be able to implement these for the standard projects .
- As a critical member of the project team, you will gradually gain more responsibilities in relation to the management of the projects and client communication and relations.
- Participate in analyzing the pilot results and suggest future improvements.
- Support the overall objectives of the Enterprise Team by ensuring Pactum’s success with the clients by:
- “Ensuring fast, efficient and high-quality implementations”
- Deliver maximum value from our negotiations
- Ensure high client satisfaction during implementations and live
- Support client growth in existing and new projects
- Ensure we achieve our KPIs, OKRs, and Strategic Initiatives on Company and Enterprise Team levels.
You are likely to succeed if you…
- Strongly Fluent in Spanish, Fluent in English
- Have 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in a tech startup or other fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Willing to work in the evenings to support our US projects
- Love to solve problems creatively and are not satisfied by mediocrity
- Feel invigorated and motivated by client-facing challenges
- Are ready to dive headfirst into learning our product so you can confidently share and explain it to clients
- Have a passion for client interaction, and strive to be an excellent communicator
- Feel excited to join a fast-paced startup with endless opportunities for growth and learning
