Position Overview:

As our Director of Financial and Data Strategy, you will be at the helm of our financial reporting, driving cutting-edge data initiatives, and ensuring impeccable financial compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Executive Financial Reporting Oversight:

  • Lead the Charge: Direct and oversee all financial reporting processes with precision, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
  • Data Authority: Establish and maintain a singular, reliable source of truth for all financial data within the organization.

Strategic Data Leadership and Governance:

  • Visionary Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic vision for data management, prioritizing and delivering meaningful insights including trends, analysis, forecasts, budgets, and models.
  • Insightful Analysis: Communicate and interpret leading indicators and opportunities through comprehensive data collection and analysis.

Actionable Insights and Solutions:

  • Innovative Recommendations: Provide high-level recommendations and innovative solutions based on thorough data analysis to influence business decisions.
  • Efficiency Champion: Lead initiatives to automate processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance efficiency through advanced systems or outsourcing.

Regulatory Compliance and Data Integrity:

  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Uphold and enforce the highest standards of accuracy and reliability across all financial reporting and analysis functions.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Team Builder: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial professionals.

Financial Education and Communication:

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record in financial reporting, data analysis, and strategic leadership.
  • Data Initiatives: Demonstrated success in driving data initiatives and delivering meaningful insights.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communication and leadership skills with a commanding executive presence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, process automation, and system optimization.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Ability to maintain data integrity and ensure a single source of truth for financial information.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
