Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.

The role will focus on supporting the CFO, particularly in raising external financing (equity and debt). The position offers the opportunity to accelerate into a leadership position within the company.

Your key accountabilities

Act as a sparring partner for the CFO and work closely together on critical strategic projects, particularly in fundraising
Prepare, join, and post-process meetings with potential investors which include negotiations
Own certain workstreams of the fundraising e.g. financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
Research market trends and evaluate their implications thereby contributing to shape the companies financing strategy
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver financing transactions

Requirements

Degree from a leading university with an impeccable track record in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences
Up to 2 years experience in investment banking, private equity or strategy consulting
The ability to manage schedules to meet tight deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication skills
Thrive in fast-paced and intellectually demanding transactions
Utmost attention to detail and innate numerical abilities
Hunger for intellectual and professional growth
Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German and/or additional languages is a plus
