Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.

Your key accountabilities

Be part of the growing business development team and shape the future growth at Pacifico
Manage various strategic topics centred around new markets strategy, offering of new services and further key projects
Collaborate and work directly with the management team and the team leads on specific projects throughout the organization
Apply your analytical skills to identify suitable business development opportunities also by leveraging the existing know-how in the organization
Dare yourself to act as entrepreneurial as possible – drive innovative ideas and concepts independently

Requirements

Excellent Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or any other discipline, ideally with extensive knowledge of the renewable energy sector
Initial work experience in a top-tier consultancy, venture capital firm, or entrepreneurially focused environment
Entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in developing new business areas with massive potential to meet the ambitious growth plans of Pacifico
Ambition to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team, with steep learning curve and development opportunities
Ability to drive projects forward independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner
Drive for analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and conceptual abilities
Passion for the renewable energy transition
Fluency in German and English, other languages are preferable
