Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH is a renewable energy company. It develops new green-field wind and solar projects, facilitates the acquisition of operational plants, repowers existing plants and provides state-of-the-art asset management services.

 

Your key accountabilities

  • Managing and supporting all topics related to People & Communications, such as recruiting, onboarding, development, admin, communications and more
  • Shaping in close collaboration with the COO the overall People & Communications strategy (e.g., employer branding strategy, future people development concept)
  • Facilitating the development of an employer branding strategy
  • Focusing on establishing a state-of-the-art concept to attract and develop our (future) team members
  • Acting as the main contact person for the team for all HR relevant inquiries (e.g., referrals, payroll, contracts, etc.)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in the field of HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Science or comparable courses of study
  • Work experience of at least two years (for senior position at least five years) in the field of HR, especially in people development and/or employer branding
  • You approach people openly, are communicative and committed to the team success
  • A self-confident and positive appearance are among your strengths
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Passion for the renewable energy transition
