Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an outcome-focused platform product manager with a customer obsession mindset!
  • Work with various stakeholders to align on the company strategy and vision and create a scalable, nimble platform and support of existing and new products.
  • Understand product strategy and vision and business needs to define platform strategy and requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to design platforms to support new financial services products
  • Work very closely with external partners in the insurance industry - carriers, reinsurers, and FinTech partners 
  • Create user stories to build the insurance platforms (and broader financial services) with the engineering team 
  • Develop platform design principles to improve operational efficiency, performance, and scalability of the product.
  • Work with Product Manager and business architect in planning and execution of new product releases.
  • Work with product management and product engineering teams in the solution engineering efforts. 
  • Maintain platform roadmap and architectural product standards that assure product development projects optimally align with business objectives.
  • Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers.
  • Develop broad knowledge about current and future platform features. 
  • Analyze market segments and customer base to develop market solutions, specifically for insurance.

Key Qualifications:
  • Looking for a seasoned product manager, who is tech-leaning and platform focussed with 12-15+ years of experience in product management. Out of which you should have:
    • 5-10 yrs of Product management experience
    • 2-3 yrs of Platform management experience
    • 8-10 yrs of financial services experience; minimum 3-4 yrs Insurance industry experience.
  • Must have lead product management teams supporting multiple lines of Platforms /products
  • Critical thinker and can balance forward-looking platform strategy with short-term business goals.
  • Worked in an agile software development environment
  • Comfortable in creating product architecture documents
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and business teams to understand business objectives and communicate platform architecture to all stakeholders.
  • Must have experience in working with both B2C and B2B products. Should be very familiar with Data Science and how we can leverage data, insights for Personalization.
  • Must have experience in creating platforms to support multiple channels - Web, Mobile, Phone
  • Must have experience with digital retail marketing ecosystems and marketing automation tools like Marketo, Eloqua, or Braze
