Key Responsibilities

  • Use our data to generate relevant, actionable insights and make strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Model and analyze data to predict business outcomes and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes and reporting. Design, develop, test, and implement new ideas and solutions.
  • Analyze experiments, campaigns, and other business initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the relevant KPI reporting dashboards and excel models.
  • Work with leadership team members across the company to provide insights and support their key objectives as needed (partnerships, marketing, credit card, etc).

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in consulting, banking, startups, or other analytical field
  • Highly skilled in SQL and excel.
  • Experience building and maintaining business dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Looker, Quicksight, and Amplitude preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized with a key attention to detail. Oxford commas bother you.

  • Proactive problem solver who can handle ambiguity and change.
  • Experience managing and communicating with other company stakeholders.
