As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for executing on our influencer strategy to grow the Paceline user base across our products. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of strategic thinking, creativity, communication skills, analytical chops, and operational hustle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize user acquisition across platforms and influencers using a combination of data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Create and execute the influencer strategy for Paceline. Everything from what tools we use, our brand voice, to where we allocate our spend.
  • Own the partner pipeline to source, close and activate new influencers.
  • Build the toolkit needed for our influencer partners to be successful (creative brief, assets, compensation model, etc).
  • Engage existing influencers and build a community around the Paceline brand.
  • Create innovative campaigns with influencers and other brands to drive user acquisition into our rewards app and financial products.
  • Build and maintain the relevant KPI reporting for this channel.
  • Work with other teams across the company to support their key objectives  (partnerships, social media, credit card, etc).

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience running an influencer program for a major B2C brand or Agency.
  • Creative strategic thinker who can deep dive on data analysis.
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing deals. You could sell salt to a slug.
  • Highly organized with a key attention to detail. Oxford commas bother you.
  • Hustle is in your DNA. You GSD.
  • Familiarity with all social media platforms. You’re a cool kid.
  • Flexible team player who can wear many hats.
  • Proactive problem solver who can handle ambiguity and change.
  • Experience managing and communicating with other company stakeholders.
