About The Opportunity

The Pacaso Sales Team is dedicated to building a strong pipeline of qualified leads interested in the co-ownership model. In this role, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue by acquiring new Pacaso owners.

As a Sales Associate, you'll wear multiple hats. You'll source new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound leads,follow-up outreach, and outbound cold calling. You'll also qualify these leads to identify genuine interest and fit for the Pacaso model. Your strong communication skills will come into play as you engage with potential buyers through a consultative sales approach. You'll provide a friendly and informative experience, highlighting the value proposition of Pacaso ownership.

It's not just about generating leads, it's about guiding them to become Pacaso owners. You'll qualify leads, then engage them with a consultative approach, highlighting Pacaso's value.  Beyond initial contact, you'll schedule meetings with Sales Executives and nurture relationships to move qualified prospects through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities 

  • Prospect Generation & Pipeline Management:
    • Utilize sales tools like a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to identify and qualify potential buyers nationwide & power dialer (Dialpad) to accelerate connections. .
    • Implement a strategic outbound calling strategy, incorporating cold calling to exceed 80 cold calls per day in our fast-paced tech startup environment. Please note: This position requires working in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. . It's a fun and collaborative space designed to fuel your success!
    • Cultivate leads through consistent follow-up and nurture them through the sales funnel.
    • Manage a robust sales pipeline, balancing new lead acquisition with existing lead nurturing efforts.

Who You Are 

  • 2+ years of experience in business development with a proven ability to build relationships and generate leads in a consumer-facing environment.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets 
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems 
  • You’re achievement driven,  competitive, with high ethical values and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management 
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with internal and external awareness. 
  • BA or college degree preferred.
