You will drive the growth of the Pacaso marketplace by helping second home dreamers find their perfect Pacaso home. In this role, your primary focus areas will be optimizing site landing pages and content personalization with the key measures of success being new registrations and leads. The ideal candidate will be energized by data-driven funnel optimization and a subject matter expert in product analytics techniques.
What you'll do in this role:
Define Pacaso’s content personalization strategy for listing and content display
Drive developing Pacaso’s conversion optimization strategy for SEO & SEM into clear & actionable roadmaps
Build and maintain a robust customer data store for use across a variety of customer touchpoints, including messaging and site experience
Lead cross-functional teams of product design, data science, software development, and marketing to effectively bring ideas to market
Establish, track & publish internal and external product optimization metrics
Skills and Experience
A self-starter with hyper data-first orientation
3+ years of experience in product management
5+ years in consumer product development, either in product management or software engineering
Bachelor's Degree required
Demonstrable experience bringing world-class products to market
Expert knowledge of conversion optimization & product engagement
Optimistic, capable of dealing with ambiguity, with pride for the work product
