Role Summary

Our Proprietary Research team delivers value-add research capabilities and products that elevate the private investing workflow. We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, and analytical research associate to drive our product roadmap and support stakeholders across our diverse and growing organization. In this role you’ll learn about the different industries we invest in, develop deep expertise on workflows and pain points, and identify areas ripe for research innovation. You’ll collaborate with managers, partners, investment team members, and colleagues across the firm to design, develop, and optimize a robust compliant suite of research solutions (assets, products, systems). To be effective in this role, you’ll need strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive and synthesize signals from complex qualitative and quantitative datasets. We’re looking for a passionate problem-solver, who's eager to learn, develop, and contribute across all aspects of our business.

The annual base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $160,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
