  • Establish, modify and execute operational objectives that impact workflow processes
  • Author policies, procedures and workflow documentation
  • Proactively identify areas of enhancements that provide value-added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives
  • Effortlessly navigate from strategic to tactical issues
  • Oversee and manage recruitment through onboarding activities
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, recruitment and retention plans
  • Support office management

About You

  • Experience supporting a startup/small team in an office, remote, or hybrid environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with an ability to balance individual needs and priorities with the needs of the team.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
  • Professional, flexible and proactive in coordinating support tasks.
  • Committed to equity in all forms with a specific focus on operationalizing equity into organizational operations.
  • Experience managing a network of vendor and customer operations at a rapidly growing startup
  • Outstanding and creative problem solving skills with a strong focus on delivering high quality results
