About Ox Street

Leading sneaker and streetwear platform Ox Street is the first social marketplace for Gen Z in Southeast Asia, focused on sneakers and streetwear. Our mission is to break the old-fashioned boundaries between social, shopping, and gaming in one platform for Gen Z to discover, buy, sell, and flex sneakers and streetwear. Gen Z is a growing market, with 85 million consumers in Southeast Asia, who together are forecasted to  spend USD 128 billion on fashion in 2025.

About the role:

  • Enable Ox Street to unlock faster growth in active users through content and community management

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sneaker community outreach. Identify important Key Opinion Leaders for launches, meet ups and activities, activate existing communities like facebook groups and Reddit
  • Growth hacking activities and ‘doing things that don’t scale’ to boost growth in both new and existing markets
  • Originate and execute campaign ideas, collaborations and support on digital and on-ground activation
  • Monitor market releases, trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools, in particular google sheets
  • Strong analytical and logic skills
  • This is an entrepreneurial role, we are looking for people with a wide variety of hard skills to get things done quickly with limited resources, any and all of these prior experiences in sports teams, community groups and/or informal settings are highly valued for this role:
  • Experience with the basics of graphic design, e.g. you won’t need a designer to create basic promotional images for social media
  • Some experience with project management, either in events, marketing campaigns, or product management
  • Some experience with social media
  • Some experience in customer facing roles such as customer support, events, F&B, Community Management
  • Comfortable with numbers. Ability to interpret and take decisions based on KPIs
